2nd Annual Umpqua Brew Fest, Oct. 21-22
Oregon homebrewers and craft beer lovers, head to the Douglas County Fairgrounds in Roseburg for 2 days of beer and fun. The Umpqua Brew Fest celebrates clean water, craft beer, and sustainable living. Breweries from the Northwest and beyond will pour dozens of craft beers, with a backdrop live music, beer-friendly food favorites, and a homebrew competition.
Festival hours:
- Fri., Oct. 21, 3-10 p.m.
- Sat., Oct. 22, 12-10 p.m.

Umpqua Brew Fest BJCP-sanctioned Homebrew Competition
All the better, Oregon homebrewers can also submit their beers to the Umpqua Brew Fest’s Homebrew Competition, sponsored by the Umpqua Valley Brewers Guild.
Submit any of the following homebrewed beer styles:
- Pilsner
- European Amber
- English Pale Ale
- American Ale
- Porter
- Stout
- India Pale Ale
- Specialty Beer
Entry deadline is Oct. 8 for this BJCP-sanctioned competition. Judging will be held Oct. 15. Fee is $8 per entry ($4 from each entry will be donated to the Umpqua Watershed).
