Ella and I were down in Eugene last Friday and were lucky enough to get a private tour of Oakshire Brewery from the head brewer, uncle Joe
You can also check out Oakshire’s new blog, launched recently. That’ll also be a good way for you to start getting to know Matt Van Wyk, Oakshire’s new brewer. He’s moving to Eugene from Chicago (by way of a trip to Belgium) and will begin heating up the kettles in April.
