Best Burritos in Eugene

Eugene is a great town for a great burrito. Here are some of my favorites for burritos:

  • Las Brasas, 541 Blair Boulevard. (541) 338-0807
  • Lonches to Go (try the fish burrito), 901 River Rd. (541) 461-7920. They've also had write-ups in the August 2008 Eugene Weekly Chow and The Register-Guard
  • Mucho Gusto (again, try the fish burrito). They have locations Eugene's Oakway Center and just across from Valley River Center; there's also a location in Medford.

What are your favorite burrito joints?

  1. You must have been sensing that I was craving a burrito. I think my craving is because or the Burrito Boy at the end of the street I now live on.

  2. Definitely Laughing Planet… I love the eclectic ingredients and chunky vegetables. I think the best one is the Jamaican themed one that’s occasionally featured, or the Thai-Me-Up (with grilled veggies, not Asian veggies… the grilled texture and flavor is really complimentary) because of the awesome peanut curry sauce. Plus, it’s a vegetarian’s dream, as it has tempeh and tofu for any burrito AND the tempeh is downright scrumptious and always cooked to perfection… a very hard thing to find! :)
