Healthy, Ergonomic Computing

One of the best and most useful sites I’ve found in a while. My right elbow and shoulder have been feeling a little painful of late, so I’ve been going over this site to help me see what I need to change about my work environment:

  1. One of the most useful sites I’ve found in a while. My wrist and my right shoulder have been feeling very painful daily at nite times.
so now i got a good idea about the guidelines for using a computer in a safer manner.

  2. Awesome Chris, I hope starts feeling better. Since checking out these sites, I’ve done quite a few things, that have definitely helped:
    - got a different chair. Currently one without arms (part of my problem was a wooden armrest, and I kept grinding my elbow on it)
    - mousing with my left hand sometimes
    - being more reliant on keyboard commands (I’ve always preferred the keyboard anyway)
    - taking more stretch breaks
I love my geeking… but I’m glad I’m smarter about it now. Good luck to you.
