Rereading Harry Potter
With Book 7, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, coming out in July, it's time for me to once again do my pre-release ritual: re-read every book in the series. I've just finished Book 4 (Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire), and started Book 5 (Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix) over dinner.
What about you? What's your pre-new-Harry-Potter ritual?

You know I have to comment on this! haha
Yes definitely planning to re-read the full series....after the semester is over in May though. Til then, just looking at bits and pieces to formulate my little theories.
Glad to hear that you do that too!

Yeah, first time I did was just before Order of the Phoenix, and I've been hooked on that ever since. Of course, really it's just a convenient excuse to read them all again...

My wife and I have been in the habit of reading the books aloud. I like it because it makes the book last longer. It is difficult to savor Harry Potter because they so easy and fun to read. This way we stretch it out and its even more fun.

We have some friends who do that too, and now and again while Jodie knits I'll read her sections of HP or whatever I'm reading at the time. But man, do I just love reading like the wind - when HP7 comes out, I think we'll be getting 2 copies!
